My background

Having a background in hospitality and human resource management has made me highly organized, as well as detail-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

My motivations

I'm motivated by those around me who inspire me to reach my full potential and strive for excellence in all I do. Anything that I attempt in life, I always make the effort to give it my all and complete it to the best of my ability. Every day I take small steps and make consistent progress and growth toward my goals. I'm not perfect and I do make mistakes, however, that's when I learn best.

My career plans

As an entry-level web developer, I plan to continue to enhance my knowledge of web development concepts and technologies within an organization. I will also work on furthering my understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. I will hone my skills by actively participating in coding challenges and completing online courses.
